IZO Sotol Reposado 44% ABV
It begins with wild *Dasylirion wheeleri* from Durango and is aged for approximately eight months in used whiskey barrels, creating a unique balance between the herbal character of the sotol and smooth barrel notes.

From the wild Agave Cenizo and Dasylirion wheeleri of Durango, to the Agave Pacifica of Sonora used to craft our Bacanora, and the 100% Blue Weber Agave of Jalisco used to produce our Tequila, IZO Spirits brings together under one brand some of Mexico’s most distinctive spirits traditions.
