Dohba Espadín artisanal mezcal is a traditional spirit representing the young agave variety produced in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal is produced using rigorous artisanal manufacturing methods, exclusively using agave cultivated according to the standards of the Protected Designation of Origin.
The product is made from the Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia), the most widespread and studied agave species used in the production of Oaxacan spirits due to its climatic adaptability and maturation profile. The agave hearts are cooked in conical stone ovens, followed by traditional milling and natural fermentation that preserves the plant’s own organic compounds.
The bottle features an angular geometric design in clear glass that allows for an assessment of the liquid’s clarity. The top is sealed with red wax applied by hand. The front label details the analytical information required for its registration: batch GTXF-1N0-23, signature of master mezcalero Manuel García Burgos, official standard NOM-0510X, a net content of 750 ml, and an alcohol content of 40% ABV.
