Produced in Durango from wild *Dasylirion wheeleri*, IZO Sotol Blanco reflects one of the oldest spirit-making traditions of northern Mexico.
The plants are traditionally cooked, naturally fermented, and distilled to capture the distinctive terroir of the high desert.

From the wild Agave Cenizo and Dasylirion wheeleri of Durango, to the Agave Pacifica of Sonora used to craft our Bacanora, and the 100% Blue Weber Agave of Jalisco used to produce our Tequila, IZO Spirits brings together under one brand some of Mexico’s most distinctive spirits traditions.
