A limited-production expression crafted from carefully selected aged mezcal and matured for approximately two years with the influence of American whiskey casks.
This special blend of casks adds extraordinary richness and complexity, while maintaining the distinctive character of the wild *Agave durangensis* (Cenizo).

From the wild Agave Cenizo and Dasylirion wheeleri of Durango, to the Agave Pacifica of Sonora used to craft our Bacanora, and the 100% Blue Weber Agave of Jalisco used to produce our Tequila, IZO Spirits brings together under one brand some of Mexico’s most distinctive spirits traditions.
