IZO Bacanora 44% ABV
Handcrafted in Sonora, Mexico, IZO Bacanora is produced from Agave Pacifica using traditional Sonoran methods. The agaves are roasted in underground fire pits and fermented naturally in pine wood before distillation.
This ancestral process gives IZO Bacanora a distinctive combination of fruit, herbs, minerals, and subtle smoke.

From the wild Agave Cenizo and Dasylirion wheeleri of Durango, to the Agave Pacifica of Sonora used to craft our Bacanora, and the 100% Blue Weber Agave of Jalisco used to produce our Tequila, IZO Spirits brings together under one brand some of Mexico’s most distinctive spirits traditions.
Each bottle is created with a deep respect for its origin, raw ingredients, traditional production methods, and the generations of Mexican craftsmanship behind every spirit.
